• 6 extra months access to Flight School Course and Community

• Option to submit Milestone 3:

  • Deliver your own group coaching programme

  • complete and submit your pilots reflection log

  • get 1:1 feedback on your group coaching programme in preparation for your next programme
    

• Option to gain a certificate for completing 24 hours CPD

  • Components

    • 8 hrs → Self-paced course content (videos + quizzes/tasks)
      Completing this triggers the Module Completion Certificate.

    • 6 hrs → Reflective workbook (milestone tasks + Pilot’s Log entries)

    • 4–6 hrs → Delivery of your own group coaching programme
      Minimum of 4 sessions, with 4–8 participants

    • 3 hrs → Live engagement
      Minimum of 3 live sessions, e.g. carousel/deep-dive, peer Q&A, community events

    • 3 hrs → Peer supervision
      During practice runs or scheduled small-group supervision hours
      

• Optional (not CPD-counting): Practice runs inside the community — the “Flight-Simulator”
