Great Group Coaching™ (GGC) — Service Agreement (Short Form)

Great Group Coaching™ is a product of Healthy Leaders UK

This agreement is between Healthy Leaders UK (HLUK) and the purchasing organisation/individual (“you”).

Service summary

You are purchasing enrolment in the Great Group Coaching™ Flight School™ (course + community + live sessions) for professional development in group coaching.

This is education, not therapy, crisis support, or clinical treatment. Your wellbeing remains your responsibility.

Access term

  • Long Haul Flight: 365 days of course + community access from onboarding date.

  • Short Haul Flight: 6 calendar months (inclusive) of course + community access from onboarding date.

  • Upgrade (Short → Long): Available only to Short Haul participants before their 6-month term ends. Adds extended access up to 365 days from the original onboarding date and unlocks CPD and certification eligibility.

Live sessions & onboarding

  • Live sessions are delivered online (Circle, Zoom, or an equivalent platform) and are usually recorded and shared inside the community only.

  • You may keep your camera off, but this may limit your ability to evidence CPD hours.

  • Live onboarding is required to begin. If you cannot attend, you will be moved to the next intake. In rare cases, we may offer a private onboarding at additional cost (availability not guaranteed).

CPD, certification & feedback

Available only with the Long Haul option.

  • Module Completion Certificate (8 CPD hrs): Awarded for completing all pre-recorded course content (videos + quizzes/tasks).

  • Full CPD Certificate (24 CPD hrs): Awarded when all required components are completed and verified, including:

    • 8 hrs self-paced content

    • 6 hrs reflective workbook (milestones + Pilot’s Log)

    • 4–6 hrs delivery of your own group coaching programme

    • 3 hrs live engagement (carousel/deep-dives, peer Q&A, community events)

    • 3 hrs peer supervision (practice runs or small-group supervision)

    • Required submissions: Milestone 1, Mini Plan, Pilot’s Log; programme delivery log; and attendance logs

📌 Individual milestone feedback:

  • Long Haul participants receive personalised feedback, including 1:1 review of the Pilot’s Log (reflection log) required for certification.

  • Short Haul participants complete up to Milestone 2 with group support but do not receive 1:1 feedback or Pilot’s Log review.

Certificates are awarded at the celebration event on the first Wednesday of the month after completion.

Community conduct

GGC is a collaborative, encouraging space. Please:

  • Be respectful.

  • Keep shared stories confidential (“what’s learned may be shared, who said it may not”).

  • Do not spam, pitch, or solicit (including cold DMs).

We use a warn → suspend → remove approach, with immediate removal possible for serious breaches. Removed members are not entitled to a refund.

Recordings & confidentiality

By attending live sessions, you consent to recording for enrolled members’ use.
You may use a first name only and keep your camera off.
Do not share other participants’ materials or stories outside the programme.

Intellectual property

All GGC materials, templates, and frameworks are HLUK IP.
You may use them in your own practice with your clients.
You may not resell, redistribute, or teach GGC as your own without written permission.

Pricing, tax, and payment

  • Long Haul introductory price: £1,200 (no VAT currently charged).

  • Early-bird discount: 10% off (£1,080) when offered.

  • Short Haul price: £750.

  • Upgrade (Short → Long): £500, available before the 6-month term ends.

Refunds, deferrals, and transfers

  • Because access includes digital content and community resources, all sales are final once access is granted.

  • You may request a one-time deferral to the next intake before onboarding.

  • You may transfer your seat to a colleague in your organisation up to 48 hours before onboarding (contact support).

  • After onboarding, no refunds or deferrals are available except where required by law.

Business purchase confirmation

GGC is offered to business customers (B2B) — coaches/mentors purchasing for professional use.

By checking out, you confirm you are purchasing for your business.
If consumer rights could otherwise apply, you agree that access may begin immediately and any cooling-off rights that might apply are waived once access is granted.

Accessibility

We aim to provide reasonable adjustments (e.g., captions, downloadable worksheets, camera-off participation, flexible evidence windows).
Please email coach@greatgroupcoaching.com at least 3 business days before a live session so we can help.

Schedule changes & facilitators

We may adjust dates/times with reasonable notice and may substitute facilitators if needed.
Your inclusions and access period will be honoured.

Support

We aim to respond to support emails within 3 business days.

Privacy & data

HLUK processes your data to deliver the programme and manage your account, using Kajabi, Zoom, and Google Workspace.

Governing law

England and Wales; exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Acceptance

By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this Service Agreement and confirm you are purchasing for your business.
